Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and Users concerning the use of internet services provided by Runlighton.

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms and Conditions)

1. These Terms and Conditions become effective upon publication on the official Runlighton website.

2. The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice for compelling reasons. Users will be notified of changes via the Service.

3. Users who do not accept amended Terms may request membership cancellation. Failure to request cancellation within 10 days of the amendment's effective date constitutes acceptance.

Article 3 (Rules Outside the Terms and Conditions)

Matters not addressed herein shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations.

Article 4 (Definition of Terminology)

Key terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:

Member:

An individual who has entered into a Service usage contract with the Company and has been approved to use an "ID".

ID:

A combination of letters and/or numbers created by a Member and approved by the Company to identify the User and enable Service access.

Password:

A combination of letters and/or numbers verifying a Member's association with their ID, protecting the Member's personal information.

Nickname:

A combination of letters and/or numbers created and approved for a Member to identify and represent them within the Service.

Suspension:

The Company's temporary restriction of a Member's Service usage as per these Terms.

Cancellation:

The termination of the Service usage contract by either the Company or a Member.

Points:

A score assigned to a Member, which may increase or decrease based on the Member's participation and Service usage.

Chapter 2: Service Usage Contract

Article 5 (Formation of the Usage Contract)

1. The Service usage contract is formed upon the Service Applicant's agreement to these Terms and the Company's approval of the application.

2. Users under 14 years old must complete the parental consent process specified by the Company.

Article 6 (Application for Usage)

To apply for Membership, an individual must provide personal information in the format specified by the Company.

Article 7 (Approval of Usage Application)

1. The Company generally approves applications in order of receipt, barring special circumstances.

2. The Company may delay approval for the following reasons:

2.1 Insufficient Service facilities;

2.2 Technical difficulties;

2.3 Other unavoidable circumstances.

3. The Company may reject an application for the following reasons:

3.1 The applicant did not use their real name;

3.2 An applicant under 14 failed to obtain parental consent;

3.3 The applicant used another person's name;

3.4 The applicant provided false information;

3.5 The application aimed to disrupt social order or public morals;

3.6 Other cases where the Company's prerequisites are not met.

Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)

1. The Company collects information provided by Members through applications and service use.

2. The Company will not disclose Members' personal information to third parties without consent or use it commercially, except as required by law.

3. Members may refuse cookies or set their browser to warn about them.

4. The Company may modify a Member's personal information unilaterally in cases such as Member request, detection of false information, or content contrary to public policy.

Article 9 (Use of Personal Information)

1. The Company collects personal information to minimize repeated requests for Service provision.

2. With Member consent, personal information of event participants may be provided to event organizers and third parties.

3. If services are outsourced, necessary Member personal information may be provided to the vendor with consent.

4. Members may withdraw consent for the collection and use of their personal information at any time.

Article 10 (Modification of the Contract)

1. Members may view and modify their personal information anytime in the account management section.

2. Members may terminate the usage agreement by submitting a revocation request.

Chapter 3: Obligations of the Contracting Parties

Article 11 (Company's Obligations)

1. The Company shall strive to provide consistent Services according to this Agreement.

2. The Company shall protect Member privacy as specified in Article 8.

Article 12 (Member's Obligations)

1. Members are fully responsible for managing their ID and password.

2. Members shall not conduct sales activities via the Service without prior Company consent.

3. Members shall not engage in the following:

6.1 Stealing other Members' ID, password, or nickname;

6.2 Reproducing or publishing Service information without Company consent;

6.3 Distributing content infringing others' intellectual property rights;

6.4 Distributing content violating public order or morals;

6.5 Disseminating offensive or threatening content;

6.6 Activities objectively linked to criminal acts;

6.7 Violating other laws.

Chapter 4: Service Utilization

Article 13 (Scope of Service)

Members may use Company Services with the ID and nickname issued upon registration.

Article 14 (Provision of Information)

The Company may provide Members with information necessary for Service use via announcements, email, or other means.

Article 15 (Point System)

The Company may offer point-earning opportunities or grant points to ensure smooth Service operation.

Article 16 (Fees, Payment, and Settlement)

Services provided by the Company are generally free of charge.

Article 17 (Members' Posts)

The Company may delete Member posts without notice if they slander others, violate public order, infringe copyright, or breach other laws.

Article 18 (Copyright of Posts)

Rights and responsibilities for posted content belong to the poster. The Company will not use it commercially without the poster's consent.

Article 19 (Advertising and Transactions with Advertisers)

The Company is not responsible for losses or damages Members suffer from advertisers' promotional activities.

Article 20 (Service Utilization Time)

Services are available 24/7 throughout the year, barring Company business or technical issues.

Article 21 (Responsibility for Service Utilization)

Members shall not engage in sales activities using the Service unless expressly permitted by the Company.

Article 22 (Suspension of Service Provision)

The Company may suspend Services for maintenance, force majeure, or other unavoidable reasons.

Chapter 5: Contract Cancellation and Utilization Restrictions

Article 23 (Termination and Limitation of Agreement)

1. Members wishing to cancel must submit an online cancellation request.

2. If a Member commits illegal or prohibited acts per Article 12, the Company may terminate the contract or restrict usage without prior notice.

Chapter 6: Damages and Other Matters

Article 24 (Compensation)

The Company is not liable for damages incurred by Members from the use of free Services.

Article 25 (Exemption Clauses)

1. The Company is exempt from liability for Service failures due to force majeure.

2. The Company is not liable for Service failures caused by reasons beyond its control.

3. The Company is not liable for damages arising from documents obtained through the Service.

Article 26 (Competent Court)

The competent court for lawsuits arising from Service disputes shall be the one with jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters location.

Effective Date

This Agreement is effective as of December 11, 2025.
